Set the scope
In an initial session, together we check the available documentation and decide the target deliverables. Also, we set the ideal schedule necessary to complete the project.
Create the model
Once the project setup is complete, experts define the plot, arrange structures (pipe racks), and place equipment. Lines are auto-generated. Critical paths are reviewed per process requirements. Typically, it takes less than 30 minutes to complete a line. If needed, valves are manually added.
Finalize
Based on the agreed scope, we conduct design evaluation. Plantstream provides "Class 3" cost estimates for piping, cables, engineering, and construction materials. 3D models from PlantStream can be exported to tools like AVEVA or Hexagon for seamless detail engineering prep.
