As part of the EPCC of Condensate & Gas Mercury Removal Unit (MRU) Package for Pegaga ICPP project, IFP Engineering had been assigned to perform a Mercury Partitioning Study.
The objective of the study is to generate Mercury concentration in key process streams based on the design and operating cases. The concentration will be utilized as an input for the execution of safety studies, mainly Mercury Dispersion Study at the Flare & Vent Tip.
This study was conducted based on the pre-defined operating conditions in the HP Separator (a 3-phase separator) located at the upstream of the Condensate & Gas MRU Bed Vessel.
